Looks nice, but not much of it. I could do that in about 6 mouthfuls.

How about this much?

Have to cook a quad amount cos the 1 Kg chicken breasts freeze together and wouldn't separate.

I call my marinade 'heart attack masala' instead of butter masala cos its all butter no milk or cream. The few attempts I made at making into my own sauce wasn't as good as adding jarred sauce to it.

Also I used a scotch bonnet. Liquid lava.

Made a chicken and beluga lentil Moroccan stew, khobez bread and grilled courgette. Not the most photogenic food but tasty.
