Forget a lazy Sunday afternoon, thats a wavy Sunday afternoon.

Stopped at a place for Sunday lunch called The Castle Inn in Bamburgh(away in Northumberland this week). Cheap and cheerful pub grub, was pretty tasty, would have preferred an extra YP and no Swede mash though.

That looks really nice with extra points for filling the Yorkshire with gravy

Ate about half a roast during work today, so I guess it counts.

Butternut puree, roast carrots, spuds, cavolo nero, cauli cheese, pork belly, crackling and a yorkie.

Controversial one - a Margherita Pizza from Dominos.



Kept it simple as with any meaty toppings it ends up a greasy mess to the point where the box is even soggy from Dominos in my experience.

Stopped at Deyns Deli in Berwick upon Tweed, Croque Monsieur was delicious, I cant recommend going there though as the woman running the place is horrible, very rude. I thought she was having a bad day, but the Tripadvisor reviews say otherwise.

I'm literally dying of flu, so this is the best I could conjure up for my final meal (not that I can taste anything)..

My only regret is I never had the chance to try pie and mash

As last meals go, that certainly ain’t the worst.

In fact, I bet your bottom dollar a death row convict has requested a hot dog and fries as their last meal.
