Had a KFC tonight. This particular piece of chicken was heaven. Back to normal boring food tomorrow

Time to raid the garden.
I've got three patches of spuds growing, and I can't possibly eat that much before they go off, so..

Dig them up..

Few minutes in the steamer..

Toss in olive oil, salt & pepper then partially cook in the air frier..

Lob in bags, and freeze for super freshness..

When I want to eat them, then a few minutes in the air frier is all it'll take

I'm talking about the edges, that's crispy no? it looks it, I've never had eggs with chilli oil though. Yours was the same as well, with the ketchup in the pot lol.
