I saw a video of some crazy women crushing pasta to make it powder and then she added an egg and made 'fresh pasta' from it.

Thats what it reminds me off.

What you have done is like calling pasta flour. In reverse.

After googling it it seems there are other weird people out there calling it mince tatties as well.
It’s called mince and tatties because it’s Scottish in origin. Go up to Scotland on Burns night and you’ll find everywhere serving haggis or mince tatties and neaps. Traditional scottish grub.
