Made myself a salad, including avocado, mackerel, ham, potatoes and a boiled egg. So healthy!

Can’t be doing with mackerel, beetroot and avocado sadly. Would eat ham, green salad, pots and egg all day long

I must admit, I don't really like avocado. I keep buying packs of three ripen at home but might stop that.

Made pizza using the Poolish method from the pizza thread. I think its taken my pizza up a notch.
