Was going to have spag bol but then remembered I had some Samyang 3x spicy noodles delivered his week so had them with the mince bolognaise. Mouth is on fire but in a good way. So tasty!
 
Looks good apart from the almonds. I’m not a fan of hard flakes of nut in a nice saucy curry. What curry you doing? I’m guessing a madras of some sort. Can’t be korma or masala as there’s no cream or yoghurt.

There's 6 onions going in and a good dollup of double cream - the almonds are toasted and sprinkled over the top (to taste) when serving :)
