Nearly went back to a shut until evening, restaurant last week that had those and frogs legs on the menu.Some snails!

Last night's meal out - wings for starter, followed by nachos and brisket and then a boatload of fries with a chicken burger on the side:
Today's roast & home made dairy-free biscoff cheesecake (sister can't have dairy)

Done a pork shoulder in the Instant Pot with cola, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic and onion.

It was all very tasty.
Over-indulged a little bit over the weekend so making up for it tonight with a salad.

Decided to go for a Butter Chicken tonight, lovely but no Pathia!
Butter Chicken, Plain Rice and a Plain Naan.. BBQ Marinated Chicken is the highlight of this dish, also a little thin for my taste although it did thicken slightly as it cooled down.

1) Yes, though I was eating chicken whilst plating up.
2) Yes, almost always have a small bit of mash with salad... honestly I'll have mash with anything if it's an option.
