I made my own Thai green curry paste a few days ago, looks awful obviously! Excuse the text on the image, it's from my Instagram.



Finally made the curry tonight. Very happy with it, however, it was a bit too spicy. There were 15 birds eye chillies in the paste, I might half that to 7 next time.

The flavours were immense though, so tasty.

That looks nice and although I like heat, I'd probably half the chilli's added as well.

Changed my mind from a Pathia to a Dopiaza as I called in the order, feel like Wednesday is the Chef who dosent do the Pathia Justice!
