That reminds me, I've got some eggs lurking in the cupboard that I pickled a while ago in spicy vinegar. They went well with Ramen when I ate a few, but I don't think I've tried one this year. Could have quite a kick by now...

I did forget mine for a while tbh and did drop in 4 new a few months back, changed the jar and placed back into the shadows.

The older stock are now coming out with a core that is infected with the spices, chilli's and vinegar and are really packing a decent 'Hello - I'm going to punish you' :D

Be interested in how yours turn out and when I am not so busy, will checkout how long I can keep the same pot producing Fukushima grade eggs, before it goes past it's sell by date.

Seafood City in Birmingham. Food was half decent, but weird bowling alley cafe vibes from the setting.

Sauerkraut / Kimchi / whatever you want to call it.

My gut microbiome won’t know what hit it over the next few days

That from Seafood City looks on par with the ingredients I can see, but also confused when viewed as a whole... Not knocking it and can imagine it tasted spot on.

I'm no longer allowed to make Kimchi at home and will admit I am very jealous :D

They only seem available in quite large quantities. What the heck, ordered a box of Lucky Boat No. 1 Thick Noodles from Amazon.
yeah they only seem to come in larger boxes..which is quite annoying but its the best noodles rated by many and the main chinese takeaway noodle used. let me know how you get on with them. need to get some myself. :p
