I thought whitebait has significant ethical sourcing issues now - much being immature (that would have grown up) fish from Iceland circumventing some of the EU rules, also, packed uniquely for uk restaurant trade; it's a legacy starter from the 80's like prawn cocktails, so I don't eat them.

Never heard of Fireaway Pizza but there's one about 10 miles away. I shall have to give it a try.

There is one on my door stop pretty much and never tried it, lots of glowing reviews though so will give it a go.
