A little bit of homemade caramel fudge.

Tastes good, although it is still too soft for me so will make again differently.
Packed into a container now.
I went to the docs the other day for Heart checkup since they offered. Rate/pressure etc. all good, but my cholesterol has come back at 6.4 which is apparently on the high side.
Blaming wine, TCK, biscuits and this thread mostly.
More oily fish, wholewheats, less cheddar and the above (except living vicariously through @aVdub's wanton use of strawberry garnishes).
