I make it giant hotdog o'clock.
Fresh baked bread, pan fried onions, gherkin, spring onions, mature Cheddar and Sriracha sauce.

Sri Lankan Dal and peehwari naan
One of my most favourite eating experiences was being a guest of a Sri Lankan family during the conflict and being treated like a lord while eating with them.
