And there was me going to propose my love to you for all to see... Ive admired you from afar for many months now Dirk, but its comments like that that make me feel you dont want this relationship to work. :(
 
I don't know whether to laugh or cry at the amount of people that just don't get the point of this thread... :o

Theres no logic in your post.

Lets assume for the sake of simplicity that one unit of love costs £10 on valentines day. Total yearly cost = £10

You seem to suggest that you would far rather show your love for half price all other days of the year, which works out as a total yearly cost of £1820. Add a fiver for leap years.

Therefore by being a miserable git all year, but "showing love" on valentines day saves you a hypothetical £1810 per year.

Man maths at work. Watch out.

So what is the point? To

a] tell certain [male] forum members you like them
b] tell people outside the forum that you like them [which they won't see]

Apart from that I don't really know.
