May not be important to a lot of people but I think it's one of the main things a company i.e. retailer / distributor or manufacturer should have on their website these days, especially if a new person is looking at your website for the first time.

When I look at a website whether its a manufacturer or retailer, one of the many things I look at is the About Us / History surprised OcUK hasn't got one.

The above quote would be a good start anyway.
