This is one of my looked forward games in the RPG/Adventure genre but I'm not going to bring my hopes too high just yet...

I love oblivion and no doubt I'll compare Assasin's Creed with Oblivion. I just hope the game isn't going to be hyped up and puff in my face like what Two Worlds could have been.

I am sure it will be ok but I have a feeling this will be a bit of a let down in terms of gameplay once you overlook the nice graphics and cool enviromental features.

I am also looking forward to this and have been awaiting its release. The idea is brilliant and I just hope that it lives up to the expectations as the reviews I have read have made it out to be very very good.

I like the idea of dropping down from rooftops, bumping someone off and then disappearing again without being seen. Hitman in the medievil times. From what I have read the world looks awesome, and hopefully its seamless and runs smoothly without lag.

I also suspect this won't live up to expectations. Every piece of media looked amazing untill we we given the first decent look at gameplay. It looked like PoP with a more space to run about with very average combat. Fingers crossed that things have moved on as I really want this to be good.

Assassin's Creed to feature 40 hours of gameplay if you like exploring

Jade Raymond has mentioned that Ubisoft has been playing Assassin's Creed for the past few months and found the average play test to be around 18 hours if you are just doing the cores missions and over 40 hours if you opt to do some exploring. Raymond also revealed that downloadable content is planned but Ubisoft are not focusing on it just yet.

Regarding length of gameplay time, Raymond said that Ubisoft has been pushing play tests for the past few months and the average length has been around 18 hours by just doing the core missions and over 40 hours if you decide to do some exploring. She suggested that in-between the game's core missions, you can engage in little side-missions, such as something to do with flags or helping people in the city.

As for possible sequels, Raymond is expecting that she would continue to act as producer for future games in the series. As for downloadable content, it's planned but Ubisoft is not concentrating on that aspect yet.

It's on my pre-order list, but I haven't watched that many videos on it.

Not because I'm avoiding the hype.. I just haven't had the time.

Pre-Ordered, and its the game i have been waiting for since it was due, I hope you can customize your character with differant weapons and learn new teqniquies of fighting as you progress otherwise it will just be another splintercell
with fancy physics.

I've been looking forward to this game for so long and tracking all the updates on it that for the last month or two i've began to lose interest.

I've been looking forward to this for quite a while but the one thing that worries me is the combat system. Mess up in a fight once and you're dead. Realistic, but I can imagine it getting quite frustrating.

I guess only time will tell!

Have had this game on pre-order since the day they announced they were going to release a version for the 360. Looking forward to it immensely mainly because it takes place at a time where i have been really interested in ie the Middle Ages etc. Watched all the videos on it so far and it look good from what i can see but the gameplay remains to be seen i suppose but ill still get it regardless.

Plus im waiting for them to announce the special edition version with a 12" figurine of the main guy...if they do release one then ill be definitely buying that as a collectors item...it can sit next to my Master Chief helmet:p.
