The Official BioMutant Game

Been waiting for a thread on this, I am VERY close to pre-ordering this as it looks awesome but I am unsure if I should do it or not.
 
Was on the fence with this one, but having watched some of the recent video's decided to give it a try, looks like it could be a lot of fun.
 
Watched Cohh streaming this yesterday, definitely not a game for me. Graphics were nice but that was about the only thing that I found appealing about it but thats probably a good thing, with so many games due out shortly I could probably do with crossing a few off the list lol
 
Really wasn't watching out for this before, but now I've seen about 5 tips/tricks and what you can do in the world regarding mounts, weapon upgrades and rarity etc. I am hooked! Pre ordered.
 
Same wasn't watching this at all, never came up on any feeds or recommendations either lol. Only found it cos my brother mentioned it to me and i caved.. i preordered yesterday. Been needing a game to play since i finished cyberpunk and nothing else recently has quite tickled the itch (excluding VR games).

Looking forward to this tonight at midnight!
 
Reports from players will early access of it being incredibly repetitive with copy paste gameplay and no challenge combat, some saying its a kids game.

I like to form my own decisions on games and tend to ignore reviews but ive had some big concerns with this one all along.
Ill give it a week or two to learn more.
 
Played 10 hours so far (PS5) - very repetitive, full of copy and paste. Very easy. Lots of open space with nothing in it. The story/plot/narration is basically Teletubbies meet Greta Thunberg.

There are many better open world games.

Dont waste your money. (unless you are around 10yrs old and easily pleased.)
 
I was of the assumption that this was being marketed as a game for children? Could have sworn I watched a video about it weeks/months back in which that was made pretty clear.
 
Purchased but no preload on Steam? I bought via CDKeys.

To the above, I'm 31 and easily pleased :D Sounds like my kinda game though. I loved BoTW.

Have they got it on easy?

Comes with EA Play Pro, "preload" and release date/time are the same. :rolleyes:

Will be giving it a go anyway.
