I thought I could kick off a new thread for quality chocolate reviews. I'm going to start with chilli chocolate from the South Devon Chilli Farm. I bought the gift pack which includes Original, Fruit & Spice, Orange, Peppermint and Coffee.
The chocolate is dark and is rated at 60% cocoa content.
All of the chocolate was good but the Fruit & Spice really stood out. There was no bitterness and the chocolate wasn't too sweet either. All of the variations have chilli in but it's not overpowering, you can taste the full flavour initially and then you get a pleasant kick from the chilli afterwards!
