i meant its normal for your temps to instantly plumet once you stop priming.

Id say 58 deg on an arctic cooler is a tad high for default volts.

gamer, core temp is nonsense

im at stock more or less and speedfan / asus and bios give 40ish
core temp 60, dont worry about it, your temps wil be around 40

untitledmx9.jpg

running prime brings it up to 46-47, but core temp still showing same 60s

you sure your reading speedfan correctly, is it not giving the motherboard temps. temp 1 is motherboard, temp 2 is cpu's

what is your motherboard temp? 40 by anychance lol

Lol. Snap.

Motherboard:40
CPU: 37 :D
temp3 is -1

I thought the temp in the tray was the cpu

Right, back to ocing

Think i can put the fsb up to 400 without volt increases?

How's everyone finding the memory dividers on the P5W DH?

Jokester

im using memory deviders, everyone of them seems fine but tbh ive never really noticed any performance difference between them.
ive had rhe memory @ 266, 400 and 500 and 550 but noticed ziltch difference in performance. Then again im not serious into overclocking / benching.

Hmmm, must just be me, currently got my RAM at 513MHz, so there's not much more out of it, but if I drop the divider a notch it refuses to boot unless I drop it another notch again.

S&M stable at 3.1GHz and 1.35V and still going.

6600.

Jokester

Edit: Somewhat suspicious of my load temps of 33C (though my window is open so my room is cool). Certainly the air coming from my radiator isn't warm at all as it was with the 805D.
