managed so fat to hit 3.3ghz @ 1.4v [about 1.38 actual]
primes fine, will try more later![]()

if so thats fine

12 X 325FSB
It boots up ok but crashes on the windows loading screen.
I'm using 1.45v on Air.
However, i think the corsair XMSII 8500 isn't up to the job so ill be looking to change this shortly.
I am going to be ordering the Titain next week to see if i can crack the 4Ghz mark.

damn todays friday the 13th
edit:
have you got a clearer shot of cpu-z? and you should be using the mod 1.5 of pi

The ram is capable of 1ghz with ease but I have to run 3.6ghz 4:5 1ghz ram to achieve this.
Aparantly the bods at gigabyte are working on a bios that allows higher FSB with the micron 9 chips or something.
If I try to boot 1:1 anything above 430 FSB I have no joy.
Wish I had some GEIL that I could try with this mobo!

@Easyrider, assuming you've tried dropping the multi to see if you can push the FSB any further? As maddness said it could be that the CPU's maxing.
If you've got chipset voltage options, might be worth jacking them up a little if you havent already too...
<maddness> said:from that cpu-z shot it looks like 10, since when has 9 got 2 digits

hi, i have been in contact with G Skill, it seems that your right about it holding back, i was under the impression the this mem could do a 1500 fsb, "is impossible"
i got it to 999fsb in a 2:3 the chip @ 333. this was very stable....
i have the mem at 2.4 volts... high but is seems ok...
at the moment running a very stable prime and all other stress tests...
3445 x 9 = 382
mem
4.4.4.8.12. frequency 288.... 4:3
i ordered a ds3 today, will let you know what happens...

I can run 3.6ghz 4:5 1ghz without issue.
