Confused my mum when she asked them what they were waiting for lmao...

CocoPops, I must have walked right past you last night... I turned up at XXXX at about 9pm (I live over the road from it) and realised too many people were already there, so I went to XXXXX and got position #18 of 30 :)

I'm impressed you came all the way to Swindon from Bicester - weren't there any places nearer you that had any, or do you just like Swindon that much?

edit your post asap mate

Can anyone tell me the situation is with getting these online if you don't have wireless?

A mate was telling me that they are USB only and therefore I would need a Ethernet to USB adaptor...anyone got any details on this?

Cheers
You either need a USB wireless adpater for your PC, or a Lan adapter for the Wii which isnt out till Jan 2007. Thats what the manual says anyhow.

When you say a wireless USB adapter does it have to be a specific type or will some generic £10 jobbie do?

What's the story with Trauma Centre: Second Opinion. This is the one game that would make me crack open this Wii box.
You've got a long wait then it ain't out here till the 26th of January!

Even though they had it on the Wii roadshow I went to along with excitetruck and Wario Ware and none of them launch games!

Mine has arrived!!!

:D

Just rang home and my sister kindly informed me a box has arrived with my name on it :D

And so has 3 of my mates,

looks like its round mine tonight for some 4 player tennis :D

My local high street retailer were doing a 7am launch and I was down in cardiff at 4:00 am outside the store, then at around 4:45 am someone else turned up, then by 6:45 there was about 23 of us waiting. Suffice to say, I was first when the door opened and got the following:

Wii console + Sport
Zelda
Wii Play
Classic Controller
Silicon Wii-Remote Glove

1st impressions, well happy with it thought not played it much yet. Will later though.

Glad to hear you got one, you were struggling yesterday.

Heh, I had it pre-ordered back in October, but all those people who had last minute cancellation emails yesterday, had me worried. :o
