This thread is for all the Dads on OcUK. Use this thread to boast about how fantastic your child is and also use this to find the best Dad techniques to shut your child up when he's screaming at 4am!

I've created this thread as I, aswell as others i'm sure, could do with a little help and advice.

So I have an 11 month old son called Lukas and the latest news is that we have another on the way. My partner is 12 weeks pregnant now and we've just told the families. Everyone seems happy about having another child in the family. :)

a bit of everything in this house LOL

4 kids - 18 years, 15 years, 10 years and 11 months

Alexandria is the baby and she is a little angel :D and she loves to pose for photo's

Wow! Big age gaps! :D

That picture is awesome.

I may have to go out and buy a basket for mine! :)

Surely giving them Calpol every night isn't the best idea, their immune systems won't build up properly.

Counteract it by making them sleep outside with the dogs :p

At the moment my Son has a cold so he's been having Calpol for the past week or so.

He's also being boobfed but that's due to stop shortly.

Can I ask a question (and have you answer 100% honestly) is it worth it?

All I can see are the downsides, loss of free time, loss of income, wife gets a bit more strecthed ;) and it all lasts 18 years? Why bother?

Lots of lovely'n's though so congrats too :)

I didn't want kids.

And yes it's worth it.

It's hard but having that little one that is your little replica and who looks up to you is unbeatable :)

Update with Lukas. He's 1 next Tuesday and we are having a little party the weekend after. He's also just able to stand still unaided. (30 seconds is his record)

He's also now got a couple of teeth showing.

How long do you think it'll be before he's taking his first steps?
