Still in customs by the looks of it. If there are customs charges, which I expect, do I need to contact them to pay the charges or how does it work?

Don't want the cases sitting there for ages if I need to contact them!

I believe royal mail will just deliver it to you with a bill for the customs charges. Though they will add a processing fee of about £8. You can pay online or at a post office.

it depends who the carrier is, sometimes it will be delivered to you with a small fee which you need to pay, or you will get a leaflet asking you to contact a number to get customs clearance.

I really hope we get them soon.

Me too, I kind of need it for this sunday, but its not to be, Ill have to use my homemade one (jiffy bag!) as a temporary solution. Cant be arsed going to town today.

:)

Just been on the dodo case facebook page. Seems like most people are happy with them and it was worth the wait. Though a handfull of people have had the corner pads fall off either in transit or after a bit of use, or the 'wood' bamboo or whatever it was ,can be like

umm

If I'm not happy, I'm getting it replaced. Not paying top money for a non-perfect case!
As expected most do :) good that they will take a refund/exchange (not to sure)
Though the time to send it back to america, and get a new one! uhh.

As i know i will be buying one in the summer as i can't help it (buying an Ipad) i will buy the case now.. and it should be here by 23rd August hopefully lol (my birthday!)

EDIT: Trying to buy it.. Im on the last stage, i click Complete my Purchase. It does something for a few seconds but doesn't change page or nothing. No confirmation email etc
