I created an account first, autofilling team to speed up process. Then once all set up, went back in to do my team properly.

Or if they have scored points in a game and you sub them out they lose their points?

So it is a gamble if you want to sub out a player who already has a few points, if you think his replacement will do better, or even play altogether.

All this squad rotation is playing havoc with my team. I'll be lucky to break 30pts at this rate.

Really banking on Germany and Spain clean sheets tonight, assuming the regular defenders are no rotated.
