Doubted paddy pretty much every fight he’s had and he’s suprised me, that said I’ve always rated Justin he’s a dog. I’m going Paddy by submission for the first time and it’s highly likely to back him and be wrong :p

Gaethje is pretty much the most conventional fighter ive seen (dont look to much into that comment, ive not really been following UFC the last few years), but to me hes good at what he does but doesn't stand out in anything in particular. Paddy is quite the opposite, it should be quite a good fight, i see him absorbing a few shots in the first round to gauge if he's at risk then take it to the ground to lean on his better wrestling.

im leaning slightly more towards a Paddy win, its going to come down to how much Gaethje can make an impact with his fists.

spoiled this for myself by accidentally looking at YouTube and seeing the result, doh! Looks like both fighters done themselves proud….will watch it later.

I remember being at Arnold Allens 2nd ever pro fight, see him win in southend.
Seeing him on the big stage is always a pleasure to see, shame on his loss last night but impressive with how long he's had off, his movement was going to win him the fight. 30-27 for Silva was crazy.

Just bleed gods disagree with this comment.
And the just bleed gods are content again.

Nothing of much excitement last night -

Lewis looked like his standard - Got about 3 minutes cardio then just blows up.
"Sugar" won but personally didn't think he looked that great.
Justin looked excellent despite his advancing years! Paddy just had no real answer to him over the 5 rounds.

Event felt cursed from start with cameron face planting due to drastic weight cut, then Michael Johnson promoting betting on twitter the day before caused his fight to be off last minute. With nunes/kayla fight off it felt like it maybe a tough outing.

But Justin and Paddy saved the event frankly but no way was it worth £20 !

Rose should have got that decision nod for sure, slight robbery then again I felt Song was 2-1 but that one was closer.

When/where can I watch the highlights? :(
TNT have a "Fight Sports" specific YouTube channel - posted up highlights about an hour ago :)

Ronda Rousey vs Gina Carano is happening May 16th and it's on Netflix not at the UFC.

I started watching UFC in 2014 right Ronda blew up so I'm familiar with her game and despite back to back losses against strikers, Holm and Nunes, she tried to box and not wrestle I still think Ronda was one the best to ever do it. Gina though I don't know how here MMA career went.

How do you see it playing out?
