You should use 4-1-2-1-2 imo. Vanilla 4-3-3 doesn't work particularly well in La Liga unless you either alter it with custom instructions to make the wingers cut inside all the time a la Barcelona, or if you have very fast wide men and put Falcao in the middle for constant headers.
it works extremely well for me, he is using 4321 the same as me not 433

in a 4321 the ST is not a target man, therefore someone who can header is useless, he is a link up man to set up the 2 wingers, therefore passing is important (the reason why i use Rossi or IF Valero and i used to use Kaka in this slot but he is injury prone).
Villa has one of the best shots in the game, finesse, power, you name it he can do it he is right footed playing on the left, perfect.
Reyes has an amazing finesse shot, he is left footed playing on the right.
Basically Villa and Reyes get all the goals, Valero, Alonso and Busquets are used to pass to them (some of the best passers in Liga BBVA).
Alonso, Busquets and Garcia are also the best all round CM's (defensively) who happen to be spanish (you can use Mascherano to save money on IF Busquets and play him on the left and move Alonso to the middle).
Defense speaks for itself, it's solid.
