Lets hope you can, weird youve been banned with all the hacking FUTers, maybe its just based on those screen shots you posted and they picked you up using a duplicate image search.
Unless they just had a ban list that they only actioned now - dont expect a quick resolution though knowing how poor EA support is! You havent annoyed a mod on the EA forums I presume?

how will this season pass work
i know you got 20 per cent of packs in 12,but with 13 you have to convert your points to coins .
will the 20 percent come off the exchange from msp to coins or will it come off the coin purchase
ie
if 1000 coins is normally 1200 ms points
will it cost 1080 for 1000 coins
or will it still be 1200 points and then if each pack is 150 coins will they then be reduced to 120
cant help but think these ea coins have been bought in to furthur the profits for them and not stop scammers

But they are banning multiple accounts for the same IP I heard - so perhaps you should get it sorted with Customer Services first...
I thought the online pass would be connected to your PSN account that you bought it on...

Reading through the forum link posted a few pages back all the UT cheats were feeling pretty confident that they would get away with it. Would be amazing if their ip's got banned and not just their second accounts.

Am I missing something , how can they IP ban you when most people are on dynamic address?
Not to mention those with more than 1 person who plays Fifa in the household.
Pretty elementary to check if theres been multiple trades between FUT accounts using the same IP address, though how historical their information is unknown.
As you said its not hard to renew your IP address if its dynamic

My team says est. Sept 2012, and there's no season ticket next to my name on the leaderboards. Hopefully they'll sort that out. ¬_¬

Yes, you just can't buy packs with money until release day.
lol, so I am screwed then!!! EA have lost all my gold and silver players and items..
spoke to them and they said it will take 10-15days to resolve!
