You might be leaving too many gaps open. Try changing formations. This happens in ever aspect of football, fifa or in real life.

Got Schurrle in a season pack. Sold for 4k.

Argh haven't got my game yet too tight to pay for season pass :p

Busy week ahead anyway but will try and get a few games in with some PS3 players at weekend when my preorder arrives.

Gaps, I can deal with and understand. I need to video it or something to explain properly.

Admitedly, its mostly the hardcore FIFA players that are using the season pass so will all be of decent quality but still, jockeying, calling another defender etc does nothing.

Im sure I'll learn to counter it, its frustrating as hell.
 
Seeing all these UT posts I'm beginning to get tempted to try it out again. Although my favourite mode is Head 2 Head Seasons. Does UT have any similar mode, or do you just play ranked games to earn coins?
 
Been playing all day yesterday, really love it. I missed fifa11 and 12 so not played ultimate team before but it's now my favourite mode. Is it normal to spend whole time in ultimate team and not touch anything else?
 
Played quite a lot yesterday, still haven't settled on any particular game mode yet, which shows the variety. Got a Player career going (started at Everton, who have loaned me to Crewe for the season, where I've scored 25 goals in 19 starts), a Manager career (also at Everton), have played a couple of H2H games (where I lost both), and a bit of UT as well (where I also lost online!). Started to build a cheap Bundesliga team so I can see the difference between a 40 chem team and (hopefully) a 90+ chem team. Only need a RB and LB now, but don't have the coins to get them until I've played another couple of matches tonight. Definitely loving it so far.
 
ha, just noticed something awesome. I was trying to make a long pass but underhit and one of my players(that was in the middle of the pass) jumped up and headed on to the intended player. Thats a really nice little touch there.

There so many cool little touches I've noticed so far. I saw a cpu defender back out of a challenge inside the box incase he gave a pen away.

Um, what else? Players making ground passes now chip the ball slightly to avoid it being intercepeted by an opponent that is close by, thats really cool. I actually feel passing is the best thing about fifa 13.. the cpu knows how to avoid giving it away.
