Looks like they've flashed your phone with an older version of ICS?
and Ive noticed, that previously when phone was starting there was only Google(before whole animation)
now, there is google and on bottom of the screen there is small image of unlocked padlock ...anyone knows what that is ??

Sounds to me as they have flashed a Samsung build (yakjuxw - ITL41D-I9250XWKK5) on your phone and returned it with an unlocked bootloader.
Download “Android System Info”, look at system and then buildinfos. This shows a normal “yakju” build from Google which you now appear not to have:
It will tell you whether you have this Samsung build.
If it is this build then it will probably explain why the update failed. You may then want to look here:

Hope this helps.
You can put whatever ROM onto it that you want... I would recommend AOKP -

If you put ClockworkMod recovery on first, you can back the phone up as it is now, to restore later, than flash the new ROM.
I think you might actually be able to re-lock the bootloader, but it will wipe the phone.
No, 'recovery', it's not an app. Do a little research on XDA, it's not the kind of thing you should walk in to blind. It's simple, but it's dangerous. As long as you can follow instructions you'll be fine.
I did a friends phone yesterday, unlock, flash recovery, flash ROM and kernel in maybe 10 minutes...
