What conversion program & settings etc are you using? I converted a video last night using DVDFab using the "iPad" profile and it looked choppy and horrible, any pointers?

Using Badaboom CUDA converter and also EncodeHD using the ipad profile.

I think the best was handbrake though

Can someone else try Justin.tv for me please? It seems to work ok but 480p and 720p video seems pretty choppy while 720p video on YouTube is smooth as butter.

As I doing something wrong?

Having some strange issues with iplayer, can play 720p youtube fine, but not bbc, done all the tweaks as well

I can't even get mine to recognize video files at the moment, used the iPad setting on handbrake and transferred it straight to the device.

Doesn't even show up in the photos & video app.

Has anyone managed to get any .AVI videos working yet? I put in my Box account and downloaded it, but when you try to open the file it brings up a webpage and then I get an error.

If I'm right I believe that B-home uPnP Media Player it a streaming one, there's a free version which I recommend you get incase I'm wrong.

Edit - Also try UPnP AV Player
