As usual I tell myself don’t install the beta and yet here we are…

Good news First Direct bank app works, hopefully other beta releases won’t kill it.

I’ve updated both iPhone and iPad. So far so good.

Okay got the prompt for the update. Gonna give it a bash. What’s the worse that could happen.

When the actually update releases, will my phone just roll over to the official release etc ?

Yes. Although you’ll continue to get beta releases e.g 18.1 etc

I’m having a weird issue where CarPlay doesn’t play out of car and plays out of phone. Hopefully it’ll get fixed in tomorrows latest release.

I’m going to have to downgrade from 18.1. Mobile signal dropping out. It’ll be fine for hours and then have 10 mins of disconnecting and then fine again. Not noticeable when using WiFi but a PITA when out and about.
