Forgot all about pc plop. I will go there next week for a look. Tesco suits me better though because of quico and club card vouchers bringing the price down even further ;)

On some site maybe but not all, not a chance. On larger/wider sites, text just ends up too small to read on the iPad1/2, there just aren't enough pixels to render it properly.
 
I just realised.. I'm not getting any sound from applications apart from things like youtube, games giving me nothing.. tried a restart and nothing.

Guess I got to try a restore :(

EDIT: Tried a reset all settings and working now.

Trying think whether swap my 16gb for a 32gb I've 8gb free at the moment. Plan get atv3 and use AirPlay with it. Also thinking wold 1080 movies with camera chew through it

Can you think of any sites, I will take my pad and compare them in store when I go :)

BBC News website or Anandtech. Both of these sites use a fair small font when viewed in portrait on an iPad. You might be able to just about read it without zooming on an iPad2 (no longer have mine so can't check) but it won't be easy.

I use my iPad for reading such sites and A4 PDFs a lot and, whilst it was often just about possible to read small text without zooming in, it wasn't at all comfortable and I ended up zooming in and panning around the page. With the iPad3 this just isn't necessary, it's very easy to read very small text so I no longer have to zoom and pan as much and this makes a huge difference, to me at least :)
 
Got ours today, stuck with a 32GB wifi and I have to say coming from a 2 the screen quality is amazing! So much clarity, didn't expect it to be as good as it is. Also the camera quality is a nice upgrade. I think the upgrade was worth it for the screen alone!
 
Got mine today and the screen is simply stunning. Was a bit sceptical about using it but the f1 sky app in particular demonstrates to me how good these things can potentially be.

Typing this on it now any recommendations for any cases?
