If you Jailbreak and use the Camera Connection Kit you can import videos from an SD card :)
 
Upgrading from, a 1 to a 3. Both 32gb. I really need a case or a skin for it ASAP.

I ordered about 1am from the app and I got my shipping email at 06.29 on the 10th via TNT.

They did my original iPad which arrived a day early. Either way I'm at work. Doh!
 
Upgrading from a launch day 1, mine's coming via TNT. Can't see them stepping out of line and delivering early. Both 32GB but I'm going to be more conservative about what goes on the new one as the old has almost 20GB of apps on it

That is very interesting. Hopefully Microsoft will have a proper touch interface by the time this technology makes it to market; Metro is just painful to use on a tablet.

what is the delay like on the ipad2 ?
is this something apple improved on with the New iPad ?
 
I know absolutely EVERYONE who's posted in this thread is dying to know, my iPad (TNG) is splitting infinitives and is on it's way to me.

UPS this time. I wish it was TNT as I'd have a little hope it'd be delivered Thursday like last time.

I'm new to the tablet/iPad market. A few colleagues at work have been bought some and we're only going to get more of them for the students to use. It makes sense for the genius ICT technician (me! ;)) there to know what an iPad is like and how it works. I also want an iPad for doing some browsing of stuff and watching videos on the train for my commute.
 
Im upgrading from the original ipad. I didnt really see enough in the Ipad 2 to justify the expense so i waited.

There is no justifiable reason for me owning an ipad or upgrading to the new one. I use mine for numerous different things and no one thing justifies its expense but i find its the device i use more than any other!
 
elliotjames... it's not really a NEW design, it's just got an added 0.6mm of depth. That's all..most cases will fit unless precision cut.

BTW might as well add to everyone else's ..."mine's shipped". :) It's currently in HINCKLEY, GB and will arrive optimistically on Thurday but realistically on Friday.

And who the heck are Syncreon?
