hmm, just received a set from ebay described as having 1 piece missing with a pic to indicate which piece...a fairly common circular flat plate with axle hole.

Only the piece that's missing isn't the one indicated, it's a weird barrel shaped technic part which is next to the one indicated.

And on top of that it's not the only piece missing. Couple of translucent blue cones which are out of stock as spare parts on the lego site and I also don't have any spares.

Trawl websites looking for the parts, or contact seller and complain?

Oh, also incorrect mini-figs supplied which again wasn't indicated on the ad!

Ask seller for partial refund and pick up the missing bits either from brick link or Legos missing parts service.
 
More SW lego, this is getting expensive, good job the missus loves it too!

The GF and I love the Lego games! We have done both Harry Potters, both Batmans, Pirates, and both Star Wars. Neither of us are into LOTR so didn't get that, but if Marvel Superheros is anything like Batman 2 this is going to be another 40 hours of epic!

Are you sure?

I think you are wrong (at least I hope you are) it is just the same as Batman 2 DC Heroes but with Marvel, should be very good. I read that you can now play as big figures (such as The Hulk) at the same time as normal sized.

Hmmm, I stand corrected, I must be getting it mixed up! I remember reading about how several people could play as the same superhero and there was a story to allow that....aaaannnnd...I've just remembered what I was talking about...there is a Marvel MMO where you can play as any character, but it's not a Lego game.

OK...I'm very excited for it as well!!! :D
 
The remote Lego Passenger Train set (7938) has just had a big price cut on amazon (believe to match an Asda deal) and I couldn't resist ordering one with some extra track for my daughter. Should keep her busy for a while.

Thanks for the tip. After thinking about it I ordered a set, now out of stock.

I think I'm fully addicted again. :D spent most of last night trawling through eBay adding stuff to watch..
