Just a heads up:
The Technic 42009 crane is £107.99 on Amazon and Smyths. The Smyths offer only seems to be for today and it comes with a £6 in-store voucher as well. It's the cheapest the crane has been in a while, so it's worth a purchase if you've been holding out for a good price.

Went for this and the container truck as I had 2 £10 amazon vouchers.... Also picked up the service truck from tesco direct for £65 with their current voucher.

More Lego Star Wars.

It's an excellent model. I use its hook to suspend my glasses on when I go to bed so its even practical :D

The AT AT looks nice, I will watch a review later to see if it's improved on the old model? Yet 4 figures for a £100 set is rubbish, that's why the old trilogy stuff is so much worse than the clone wars era stuff. Far more collectable figures in that era.

Managed to snag my son this week Commander Cody who normally goes for £15ish for half that with Commander Rex. Also Ahsoka for a decent price too. My sons desperate for her but the sets she comes with are pretty poor :(
The AT AT will go on the christmas list and I will pick it up when it's £75 on sale, same for the Star destroyer.

To be honest the head doesn't look right, but my son is happy.

That's all that matters, it's not like the proportions of other stuff is correct :D

Speaking of happy sons, my son's 5th Birthday this week and he's reaping the benefits from a large family of Aunties and Uncles etc....

Yeah I know, most of those sets where stupidly cheap where tesco's where clearing old discontinued sets. The only one we got him was Jabbas palace for £75.

My mum paid £39 for that castle a while back. None of the other sets cost more than £12 except the Rancor.
