** The 'official' OLD TV Adverts Thread **

Great thread idea :cool:

The first two had me in stitches. A new Columbian high fresh from the mountains, and PAL. On seeing the title, I immediately thought of


And then this

 
During the first episode of the latest season of Mad Men they ran adverts from the era, this was a fantastic idea and I actually watched the tv broadcast of the show simply to see the adverts, it was the first time in years that I watched the ads. Sadly they didn't continue with it for the rest of the season.
 
The advert I remember most from my youth was the "Don't suffer it, change it" anti terrorism ad from the late 80s or early 90s. It was a horribly depressing advert and it made me hate Chapin's "Cat's in the cradle" song.
