Ok, I've hit my first issue. Paired the phone with my wireless Sony headphones and the sound insists on blasting out of the phone speakers as well as the headphones no matter what settings I fiddle with.
Any ideas anyone?
Edit: Got it sussed, it hadn't paired properly duh.

oh I know all about iffy knees....had mine since primary school
Great video as always mate! Something holding me back this time, tempted to stick with my 3XL and wait for the Pixel 4, although I do love the oneplus 90hz notchless screen

If I have authenticators, 1password, and the like installed, is there anything I need to do to "deauthenticate" from one device and move to another?

You go to the Google page click change phone and scan a barcode in that moves authentication across.
The Google one is just for the authenticator.
I'd never use a whole phone one. I like keeping a new phone clutter free, everything you need is dealt with by google cloud, such as photos and numbers.
I ain't a heavy user of phones at all but spent yesterday setting things up, playing around, couple of videos from youtube, some music streaming in the car etc. testing camera etc
Emails/whatapps this morning etc.
Charged 20 hours ago, SoT 2hr 55minutes - 60% battery left. I'll easy get 2 days out of a charge.

This thing is so smooth it's kind of crazy.
Not sure about how I'll deal with the size yet. It's also quite heavy which makes one handed use somewhat uncomfortable.

Very heavy phone I have to say. Little worried about dropping it. Doubt it would survive.

The size is also ridiculous but I kind of love it
