This is out next Friday, June 12th in Europe so I figured I'd get a nice thread going for it

Alex Mercer wakes up in a morgue with amnesia after being infected with a mysterious virus that has begun to infect all of New York City. While piecing fragments of his memory together Alex vows to track down those responsible and make them pay for what they've done!

You are Alex Mercer, a shapeshifter with absolute mastery over your genetic structure, stalking the streets of New York City, searching for your past.

A secret war is brewing in New York. First, battle below the media radar, then, watch as the virus spirals out of control and the government seizes the media to stop the spread of information.

Face an ever-growing army of infected creatures warped and changed by the virus. As it spreads, more and more of New York falls under its control. The virus overwrites a creature's existing genetics; warping and changing their form into something else, something planned. As the virus gathers its army, rush to discover the secret behind it all; the one thing that can stop it all before the city falls into ruin...

Because my list was getting full and I've never, ever played a game with you - I had a big clear out on my list.

Can't people just follow the rules and wait till the game is out before talking about playing it? /looks at McDaniel.

Completely different games really - I can't really judge fairly as I haven't put much time at all into Red Faction but I'd go for Prototype right now if I had to choose.

Just finished this today, I think my final time was around 20 hours play time and that's getting gold on all the challenges along the way. Very enjoyable game, frustrating in a few places but I've really enjoyed it.

Now I need to get platinum on the remaining challenges, get the last few collectibles / web of intrigue targets and go through again without dying or consuming civilians
