The only issue ive heard of, and although im experiancing it, i cant confirm, is with Lemmings off PSN.

Aparentely, pre 2.4x, getting the demo then the full has the name change to 'Lemmings'.
Where as on post 2.4x it lists it as 'Lemmings Trial Version', even though it isnt a trial...

Minor though in the grand scheme of things.

It's not a problem thats been introduced by 2.4x, that problems been around for a while. When I orignally bought the game last year the game's named changed correctly removing the trial part. But when I put a new hard disc in and had to redownload it a few months ago I'm now stuck in the same situation as you with it being called Trial when it is infact the full version.

I can only assume it's because I installed it in the wrong order - I downloaded the full version unlock key before realising I still needed to install the starter pack. I think because of this for whatever reason the part of the install process which would rename the game has become broken and I can't see a way to reapply the unlock key as you can't delete it, it seems to be stored in unaccessible system data.
 
No major issues so far, I did notice that the system took an awful long time to display the folders with videos on my external harddisk but maybe that is because I changed some files and installed a new theme before that.
