Fallacy...
Its ok "kidding" but if your CPU cannot compute data prime numbers you have a system that is not doing its job.
No ifs or buts
The same could also be said if your cpu is fine but your system is unstable hence using blend.

Well I kinda understand your point but consider it a *universal* yard stick, its something that anybody can download and run for free and a picture of the results shows that that machine running overclocked really is stable.
Overclocking is cool, having your machine freeze while enjoying a game or reboot while you are doing some work is pretty ******* annoying!
Get the overclock primed, then share your results with the Borg and enjoy your juicing machine!

bull imo
if it plays games and dont crash thats all it needs this 20 hours stable bulll is just that.. go tell kingpin his overclock doesnt count cos its only 3dmark stable....
You joking right?
whos kingpin?
LOL
Well im perfectly happy playing Battlefield at 3.9 ghz, constant 100 fps with everything at max for the last 4 hours tonight. Rather than sitting at my pc getting ****** off cos my prime keeps rebooting.
Im not running a business, a research lab, NASA or NORAD. Im playing games on a bloody quick rig, that shows no sign of crashing whatsoever.
So Easyrider you spend all night frustrated with your prime crashes and ill enjoy the reason why i clock, to get max fps and speed for minimum cash.
Nearly a good justification for a system that has no grounds to compute.
"i game, and my data is not important"
Good luck
c'mon man u moan about stable this and stable that.. thats not all what overclocking is about its about getting an overclock its about pushing to the limit , getting the best u can from what u have, hunting down an ace chip not is it stable? or like what you do making out to other ppl they are crap @ overclocking if it isn stable..
I buy top end hardware an overclock it.
Reason : to compute data.
Thats it.
If it doesn't then I go back to the drawing board.
I dont have a system that dosn't do its job.
regardless of the apps/games etc..
It works or doesn't.
Its that simple
if you game, then data isnt important, if a game gets corrupt, just reinstall it, simple as that
