Purchased 'GO' version this week, 3Ghz stable on default vcore, had it upto 3.4 however I've not had chance to stress test that high yet. Temps appear decent on idle using Scythe Infinity with two 120mm Akasa Ambers mounted in push pull style (43/42/36/37c).

Is that from OcUK ? If so what batch is it and what vid does it show in core temp ?

Prime has been stable for 5 hours now :)

Looks like you got yourself that low VID chip.

Another 6.5 hrs to go but looking good.

Your temps are nearly as low as mine - but I'm not stress testing.

Ok ok ok, now i don't want to be killing me q6600 or anything like that so as it stands i'm clocked at 3.2ghz fsb at 1424 mhz and after about 40 mins on crysis demo my cpu temp is @ 45 degrees, and idles around 38 degrees. Is there anything i should be keeping an eye?

using speed fan to verify temps

Have you benched Prime95 for 8 hours minimum to test for stability?

hey guys, what do you think is a 24/7 reasonable overclock for Ultra 120 Extreme? (just installed mine)

currently at 60c in 1.4v in bois, 1.37v Everest, 3.2Ghz.

and shall i lower FPS and use x9 or simply raise the FPS?

That is very high temp for that overclock or vcore (is that idle/under load?). If the cooler is mounted all ok and various temp sensors are reading correctly then I think its a case of you having to lap your cooler. I had to do lap mine as it was not completely flat thus was making bad contact and giving silly temps. My temps currently are 33c (idle) 1.47vcore @ 3.75Ghz, speedstep off.
