Mine is 1.3125v and sitting at 3.4Ghz quit happily.

Does the board try to boot two or three times after saving the BIOS settings? It sounds like it's recovered from a bad overclock if it's still at stock settings when you get back into Windows.

That is exactly what it does... (Sorry I used to be a Mac Geek before, Made the move in the other direction..

)

Have you set your Memory Multiplier to x2.0?

I have done now..

I fiddled with a few other settings and got it to 2.7Ghz (I Want atleast 3.0Ghz but dont know what i did)

EDIT - Looks like after I figured out how to do it Ive got quite a nice OCer. 3.150Mhz ON AIR With Temperatures of 50C

Cpu is 66*C

cores are at 63,63,59,59

Hope they are safe temps.

Still prime testing now.

Here's what I just got out of mine, Nice temperatures if I say so myself.. (Tried the BUS SPEED at 400Mhz but the PC would not start up...

Use coretemp and you might find out the temps are alittle higher

I bet your temps are about 60*C

Heatsink/fan combo that came with the CPU, 60mm fan on the case, 120mm on the PSU, one on the Gfx card (ATi 1050) Theres also a big heatsink on the motherboard. You think I should lower the speed of the CPU?

The stock heatsink wasn't designed for a Q6600 at 3.5ghz.
