Completed it. What a classic!
Got to say, even though I know I finished it under 2 hours in the past, it still felt quicker to get through than I thought.
I love the bits where you can leave things for Clair to use and they will be available for her in her playthrough or be greedy and take everything. Also at the end there is a locked door which you need to register your finger print to carry over to next playthrough to be able to open it. I really wanted to see this kind of thing expanded in the remake to improve replay value. Missed opportunity.
I would have also liked if they remastered these classic ones and released them on steam. But for some reason they have not done this. Maybe after they finish all the remakes they are doing now?

Lost me at time loop. Not a fan of that stuff. Tormented Souls has a bit of it. Was not a fan of that. Shame.
Bought Res Evil 4 Remake Day 1 > played through > sold it > then they released the DLC Separate Ways!
All the recent talk around RE and the upcoming release of RE 9 made me go and buy RE 4 again in order to play SWays
Finished Ep 3 and will continue rest tonight - quite enjoying it and Ada isn't too shabby to look at either

Blimey, i'm getting my moneys worth with Separate Ways - been going a couple of days and i still haven't finished it! Up to Chapter 5 Chasing Down Krauser.
There has been some pretty epic boss fights considering it's DLC, also having to watch my ammo, i'm leaving boss fights with barely any ammo. The Black Robe fight was fun, it was tough(ish) to put him down and then he mutated, by the time i killed it, i literally put my last round into it.

Yeah Separate Ways was really good, I think it's the only Resi DLC I've really engaged with.
I played it a couple of years after playing the main game too, which made it even better I think, great way to revisit the game.

Recently played this myself with a year gap or so from finishing re4 remake
Really enjoyed it, was much better than most dlc stuff we get these days
Plus it was more Ada so what isn’t to like hehe
Finished Chapter 6 this morning, Ada has a Res Evil laser corridor! That was very cool.
Started Chapter 7, so far it's just mowing down enemies which is a nice change to the stealth!
There's been lots of merchant stops and i see there is a Rocket Launcher for sale - no spoilers, but is this worth getting at any point? Also, i've been carrying around a brown egg for yonks now, lol. I know this was an easy win for one of the bosses in the main game, but i do i need the egg?!

Been a while since i played it so don't recall. I assume a one time use rocket launcher? I would not bother with that. Rocket launcher is OP anyway
