My concern was that I might get Mr Grumpy who is more particular and decide that its not 100% working. Plus it took them about 15 mins to run the check and I ain't gonna have time for that.

Did some of you get the wireless charger already? Mine was ordered as part of the transaction. Does anyone know if it comes with a separate charger for the wireless?

Just be aware that all they send you is a padded envelope and pre paid label stuck on it. You'll need to fork out insurance because you don't want it be lost.

My 8 is in mint condition and the manager in my local store has always been decent with me since the Note 7 mess so I'm happy to take my chances. And no, I didn't get the charger yet. I did ask on the day and I was told it's a new/different charger to the current samsung one and they'll have it on release day.

My Note 8 had a small scratch on the front and a nick on the lower edge, back and sides were unmarked. Wasn't sure CPW would give me the full trade in but the guy inspecting said it was immaculate, probably didn't notice the marks, so I left it with them. Didn't want to risk it being downgraded to "non-working" when I go to collect the Note 9.

Ordered the Blue, hadn't really thought about which colour before I was asked and decided it's about time I make a change from black. I don't remember ever owning a phone which wasn't black.
 
I've bit the bullet. I've used the eBay 15% offer (valid for 10 more minutes) and bought someone's upgrade for £780. They have 100% feedback on over 600 transactions, so hopefully all will be okay. It's black, I would have preferred blue, but black was £30 cheaper and I'm not that bothered. I'll probably put a skin on it anyway! Seller says he'll try and send it next day from the 24th, so hopefully get it next Saturday.
