It has just been released as early alpha.

It is a mix between space engineers and Star Citizen.

Looks really good and just going through the tutorial myself.

Another ******* Early Access title? Just means it'll be played to death, and then if it does ever gets a full release it'll be an empty, dead game because everyone will have moved onto the next big Early Access title.
