Sad day today... went to order McDonalds delivery via Uber Eats only to find they've upped the delivery cost even further
it was a flat fee of £3.99 which they have now reduced to £3.79 BUT they've added a 10% service charge with a minimum of 99p, so that means delivery will cost a minimum of £4.78 lulz
so no more McDeliverys for me as Uber was the only platform to order from
Never ordered a McDonalds for delivery simply because of the £3.99 fee. Saying that most places on there seem to be around £2.50-£3 where as they are only £1-£1.50 on JE/FH or by phoning shop.
(JE = shop's own delivery drivers, not JE's UberEats clone).
NOVEMBER25 for 25% off at JustEat until 25th November.

i got 35BLACKFRIDAY at Uber Eats for 35% off my next 10 orders, use by 2nd Dec, no min spend,
that and the £1.27 cashback at TopCashBack means i'll be having KFC for dinner tonight
I always assume that Uber Eats codes are account specific but I could be wrong?
I got emailed BLACKFRIDAYDEAL10 for £10 off my next 10 grocery orders on Uber Eats until 2nd December (£30 min spend). Doubt I'll be bothering as the choice is limited and the prices are inflated!
JE/FH codes appear to be thin on the ground at the moment but you'd think there would be less people having a cheeky takeaway in January due to folk being skint after Xmas so you'd think they would send codes out to encourage you.
I've been getting some UberEats codes but they are for nonsense like 20% off grocery orders of £20 or more but these are of no interest due to the limited range the shops supply via UberEats plus everything having at least a 20% extra mark up compared to in store prices as a minimum so not worth bothering with. Plus I have a corner shop at the end of the street if I need any milk or snax.

Mine arrived 10 minutes early, ate most of it all last night but left some of the kebab meat as I was stuffed.
No takeaway for me tonight. Had a pizza for tea from the pizza shop next door to the amusements while at work and it's gone straight through me already. The reviews weren't lying!
I've received an email from Just Eat today but unfortunately it was just a spammy type with no discount code enclosed.

That's extremely bad news indeed. Although it was probably always coming as the takeaway's personal branded sites made by Foodhub always had a service fee on them.
