Sean_UK said:HIS ICEQ3 is kinda an exception to method we used tbh and yes it has great stock cooling, simular design to A/C attached to my GS+ from stock and i even saw further temp drops with just one 120mm fan sucking air (mine and bros cases are decent ones btw) Most who buy the x1950 and will no dought attempt o/c which is when the tears will flow due to heat if it's not HIS ICEQ3 model.
Yeah, really don't what the problem is and probably never will. I know it's not my air-flow or power supply. I have one blow-hole out the top of the case with a 92mm Thermaltake, one blowing in on the side panel, using another 92mm Thermaltake. 2 80mm fans blowing out the back, and one blowing in the front. My CPU reaches an average of 38c which isn't horrible. I also tried every combination of fans on/off to improve the air-flow and my temps may have changed by only 1c during the process. So, me thinks it was the card. Cheers.
