The orange Box, CD keys?

Long story short i ended up buying these all seperate as i didnt realise episode 2 came with it, bar Portal.

Played the demo the other month, but due to its short life span i've been putting off buying it for £15.

So I thought i may try buy a cheap orange box myself and just register Portal then sell the rest on, or give to a mate.
Although does this come with seperate CD keys etc? or is it supplied as one key for the Orange box?

i think it;s oken CD key but any duplicates you have on your steam account you can gift to people, so you can sell em on like the people do in the L4D2 4 pack thread.

Someone give you money you gift the game to their steam account

You only get "Extra" Copies of Half Life. Ep 1 and Ep 2.

I had a copy of HL and Ep1 to give a away but I noticed a few weeks back the 'gift' button had vanished, is there some sort of time limit to give away your copies?
