Yep like said above it's the cloud app. Really handy for quick uploads and they also have a really nice design for their site.

The other app would be Bowtie, allows you to control iTunes, Spotify and things like that and you can browse a massive selection of different themes.

Both apps are free btw

They are included in Mountain Lion, you can find them under:
