1070ti is pointless at current price.

Totally agree

NVidia should have replaced the 1070 with the Ti and used the old price point.

This card is not costing NVidia anymore to produce than the old 1070 as it uses the same GDDR5 memory, the same GP104 core and the same cooler.

Problem is that nobody would buy the GTX 1080 then.

Finished reading all reviews, noticed 1 review is not listed in OP.

Impressive reviews, surprised 1070 Ti still used same GDDR5 8Gbps as 1070 and at OC most games performance can match stock 1080 with GDDR5X at 11Gbps.

Price seemed not so bad for 1070 Ti, I think if price were lower to £350-£399 then it absolutely would cannibalised GTX 1070, GTX 1080, Vega 56 and Vega 64 sales.

All 1070 Ti cards did not offered factory overclocked was not big deal because everybody used afterburner would copy OC settings from screenshot after read reviews from Guru3D, Hardwarecanucks and others. It dead easy to do it, ever a 5 years old kid can do it. :D

Nvidia will sure sell lots of 1070 Ti until Volta launch in around 6 months time. I checked other site with sales track confirmed 1070 Ti outsold Vega 64 2 to 1 in less than a day after launch than Vega 64 did in 3 months since launch at similar price points. Impressive!

Remembered what happened to GTX 960 launch? Gibbo said it was terrible overpriced card with the most expensive cards at £199 after poor reviews, he had thousands in stocks and he would not recommended people buy it then next day Gibbo drove to work and in completed shocked to see GTX 960 flew off shelves. Actually GTX 960 did very well despite overpriced and poor reviews, it sold thousands every week. :)
