With the demand being so high on the FTW version of course we are looking to bring this in sooner so you may well see these hit the same kind of schedule as the SC card.

We will not hit 3rd June though, will try and keep updates coming in next few days.

Will know more when office resumes Monday also. No Bank Holiday in Taiwan!!

Yes please the FTW ASAP! It says 3rd on the OCUK site.
 
Am I right that EVGA 1080 FTW will not spin it's fans until certain load / temps are reached so its fan less in desktop mode?

It seems that most are going for FTW how about Strix OC. I was out of market for quite a while with last upgrade to 570 gtx. Which design compared favourably in last few gens of vids FTW or Strix series?

I have ordered Strix but considering swapping my order to FTW due to dual bios (not sure if I would ever use it tough lol) more power phases and 3 DP which might come handy if I would ever want to go triples for my simracing passion. But what is most important for me is the fanless operation at low loads which I know Strix provide.

So just to be clear, the current listed release date for the SC on OCUK isn't entirely accurate?

Its not a huge problem but it would just be nice to clarify. A next Saturday delivery would have worked for me but after that could be a bit more inconvenient.
 
Thanks to Kaapstad for adding me to the roll call :D

So I've fired up a few of my favourite games this afternoon and I can honestly say the single GTX1080 has well exceeded my expectations! :D

I was worried it wouldnt be that much faster than 780SLI but its in a whole other league in my humble opinion :) Doom now runs crazy fast on ultra settings, and BF4 and Black Ops III both run sweet as a nut on ultra so I'm a happy camper :D

SC - 118 sold now
FTW - 277 sold now

This was at 14:00 today so am sure our customers will appreciate anything yet u can do to speed things up please. :)

Crazy launch, crazy sales!

In Heathrow now, will be in Taiwan tomorrow so see you next week buddy! :)

great number right there but people really bought FE over FTW and SC :eek:

Yes EVGA plz get the 1080 FTW here as soon as possible! Also does the FTW use the 100mm fans whereas the SC uses smaller fans? The heatsink looks wider.
